The packaging, the quality of everything included and that it won’t mess up your puzzle like an inflatable tube puzzle holder will, is totally worth the price!!!!I originally bought a cheap inflatable tube puzzle keeper because it had the most reviews and thought it was going to work… no! I didn’t want to ever do my puzzle because I didn't trust it to keep my puzzle together.I bought this one and it is definitely pricey which is why I didn’t originally but the ease of knowing it’s going to keep it together and it looks really nice makes me very excited to get puzzling. Buy it. Don’t get the inflatable tube one that lets out air and ruins your puzzle then makes you rrrgh!:)

I very much like this puzzle mat, it has allowed for a quick and easy cleanup of the table I’m using if it’s needed for something else.I tried a few different methods to test this mat. I built a 1000 piece Ravensburger puzzle to completion and then rolled the mat up. I walked around my house with it and move it different directions so there was a lot of movement. When I unrolled the mat it was almost completely untouched. I had to press down a few spots, but there was very little movement.I decided to do further tests so I put most of that completed puzzle away in the box, maybe 2/3 of it and left the rest on the mat. I evenly distributed the pieces and left a large piece completed. I noticed that if one side of the mat had more pieces laying on it, the roll up was uneven, like a cone, so I adjusted where the pieces were, made sure they were all face up and tried again. I rolled the mat, which was a much more even cylinder after redistributing, fastened the straps and started testing!I walked with it hanging from my shoulder, stood the mat on its end and dropped it on to a table in both directions, tossed the mat from one hand to the other and tipped it from one end to the other. The results are in the photos. There is a before and after labeled. There was some movement but not a lot, the large piece stayed intact. The worst that happened was some pieces stuck to the rubber backing when unrolling. I tried to unroll slowly too.As far as puzzle mats go, this one is pretty darn good. I have a white cat so, I used a lint roller to remover her hair if she decided to “help” with my puzzling.The middle crease that occurred while shipping is likely never going away, but the bump isn’t so bad after leaving this mat out for a few days.I would highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using this set for a few days now, and I’m beyond impressed! The trays are spacious enough to easily hold all the pieces for my 1500-piece puzzle, and they stack neatly without taking up too much room. The scraper is a fantastic addition—perfect for moving large sections of the puzzle without disturbing other pieces. It’s a real game-changer when working on bigger puzzles. I usually play poker on my professional grade poker table when at home but for away games with friends that don't have that luxury, this mat more than fits that bill for a professional feel. Great quality with precision print and clarity. Cup coasters and a cheat sheet is a nice touch. Absolutely recommend!!

I had been looking for something like this for years, had made my own DIY version but was tempted to try a purchased puzzle mat. It worked out well, it did not have a noticeable smell or trigger my latex allergy, not sure if it had latex or not? We were headed out for a vacation weekend in a cabin in the woods and the weather called for rain, so we wanted a cozy indoor activity. Worried we could not finish a puzzle over a weekend we planned to bring it home on the rolled up mat to finish it. We were having so much fun, we finished it and rolled it up to bring home, just because we could. The outlines of the puzzle made it easy to do the edges, the sorting trays were a bit small but still useful, more like small bowls than trays though. It was handy to be able to roll up the puzzle so we could use the table for meals. The puzzle stayed in tact when we did, just ran our hands over it after unrolling it which is a nice tactile sensation. The Mat and bag is light weight and was easy to throw over a shoulder and carry it to the cabin. Back at home we are still using it, to enable us to clear up the puzzle when we need the table or their are animals or kids threatening to knock pieces off. I wish we had bought one sooner, it is very handy. I only wish the trays were bigger.

When I started getting into building puzzles I realized there was no way I was going to complete them in a single seating and I didn’t have the room to just leave the incomplete puzzle on a table. I’m glad to have found this mat. I like that it has the dimensions of the puzzle on the mat and the material feels very high quality. The trays are easy to use and roll up nicely with the mat. The best part is that it works perfectly. I rolled up my puzzle and put the roll into the included bag. It was moved around quite a bit over a couple of months and when I finally got around to returning to the puzzle, it was just as I left it. I just needed to push a few piece flat. I won’t do a puzzle without this mat.

This is awesome! Living in an apartment with limited surface area, I was always hesitant to do big puzzles because it would monopolize the space for weeks. All that changed with the puzzle mat! Great surface and good size. I can do my puzzles as I like and then we we need the table I can roll it up and tuck it away. Pieces stay in place (second photo after unrolling) with limited need to reset. This has allowed me to do many more puzzles and that makes me happy. Also, the containers for sorting which can also lay flat are so awesome and a huge bonus of this mat. Highly recommend!

I have not rolled the mat up yet. But it has been a great surface to work on. It came rolled in a tube so there were no creases. The size is perfect and the lines help figure out where to place the outside pieces based on the puzzle size. It was easy to clean off any puzzle dust in between puzzles. I just used a small dust brush. This was worth the money spent.
